Meet the Founder

As an acute care nurse, I’ve seen way too many patient’s and families suffer from chronic conditions such as heart disease, cancer, and diabetes. These experiences lead me to learn as much as I possibly can about what current scientific studies tell us about the role of lifestyle in preventing disease. What I discovered became the foundation of this program: Being your healthiest and happiest self requires a combination of evidence-based lifestyle interventions—like nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep—alongside traditional Western medicine tools like screenings and preventive care. I created this experience to bring that whole-person, high-touch approach into the workplace, where it can make a lasting difference.

After the talk, Dani offers private, 20-minute one-on-one sessions for employees who want tailored guidance on their health goals. These sessions help identify individual needs, remove barriers, and build momentum with expert, compassionate support — all in a confidential setting.

1 Month Runway Program

Employees who want continued accountability can join a 4-week virtual group program. Each week, Dani leads focused, interactive sessions on essential habits like sleep, nutrition, exercise, and stress resilience. This program creates community, reinforces learning, and provides a realistic path to lasting change — all at no cost to the employee.
